Avery and Max come up with all sorts of ways to pretend. Here she was driving him around in their car -- with the trunk (under the legs) packed with goods:

Max was dedicated to holding those 2 flags and Avery was just thrilled that everyone on the roadside was there to cheer for HER!

everyone needs a big brother's shoulder to sleep on
and then they got to go home to see Laura and Brian who'd come to visit us. I would post a pic of them laying out at the swim park where we went to commemorate the visit, but I think she'd probably shoot me.
